Let our exclusive tips be your trusted guide during both days of pet expert's Hallmark event.
1. Book your hotel and register for the show in advance
To take advantage of the exclusive deals available at PFEXPO, you and your team must be registered for the show before September 11, 2024. Click here to register now if you have not already done so. If you are traveling from the state, do not forget to secure your hotel for a well -deserved charge. The special discounted booking window at Mohegan Sun closes on Tuesday, August 20, or when the room block reaches full capacity. 2. Download the PFEXPO East app
This app is your ultimate guide to all things PFEXPO. All the information you need, from supplier lists and booth numbers to event schedules and information after the party, is just a crane away. Follow our practical guide to download the app before going on the show floor.
3. Check out the Supplier List, Show Floor Map and Platmap
For those who like to strategize, the survey of a site map and the list for the exhibition floor/supplier is the key to preparing for PFEXPO. Show Floor Map highlights new suppliers with an orange box at their booth and suppliers that offer cashback offers marked in green. (Behind the scenes Note: Some existing suppliers will be marked as “new” if they have recently expanded to a new region!) Location map will lead you seamlessly from your hotel room to the lively show floor, help you find the after party at Comix Roadhouse and help navigate around Mohegan Sun.
4. Discover what is new for 2024
Our biggest change for 2024 is the new hotspot after the party, Comix Roadhouse! Immerse yourself in a country tail vibe, where you can ride on the mechanical bull, sing along to the songs of American honey and unwind after a day on the show floor. In addition to a new place after the party, we welcome 16 new suppliers to PFEXPO East this year – make sure to stay by and say hello!
5. Be ready to redeem your cashback and print reports
This area tends to be buzzed by activity towards the end of day two – here you can streamline the process. Most importantly, try to get your orders with cashback placed early. Use the show floor map to strategize your visit and prioritize suppliers offering cashback offers. If your cashback is credited to your PFX account, you don't have to go to the cashback booth! If you need to stop at the booth, it is outside the exhibition floor in the lobby, adjacent to the registration booth. In addition, you can print reports at any time during the show -have your customer -ID number at hand to easily search the system and print your reports at the desktop in the lobby, right in front of registration.
Bonus: Break out your cowboy boots and hat for the party! Dressing to the theme is not required, but strongly encouraged! See you on the show floor!
